Unmechanical App Reviews
Terrible
Sound does not work. No instructions. 2 Dimensional movement. Save your money.
This game requires so much computing power that it keeps stalling. Not to mention theres one portion of the game (the lift gates) that is impossible to complete unless you had an i9 processor (I realize it doesnt exist, yet, but this game requires that much computing power). It would be a good game except for that one stage which Ive tried 30 times to get through, even though the walkthrough agreed with my tactics…maybe its because Im running it on a Macbook Pro instead of a Mac Pro. There should be a patch which makes that stage able to be completed!!!! I was enjoying it up to this point, now I just want to smash the computer!

I wish i could paly it
Alfie I call the little robot who gets sucked into the underground machine world and is tryihg to escape. The graphics and controls are good. The basic storyline fun. My only reservation is that some of the solutions to the problems are inconsistent. e.g. When handling the time bombs if one goes off it has little or no effect on Alfie yet in one situation a bomb is used in a pipe to expel Alfie like a cannon ball. It also makes not much sense to destroy a working machine on the off chance one of the machine cogs would fly off and open a door. I very much enjoyed however the various puzzles involving laser beams and mirrors. Would have been nice at the end having escaped to be able to fly around a bit and enjoy the freedom..Great game. I will be playing it again just for the experience.
Great game
Beautiful, intriguing and sometimes difficult. Nice relaxed gameplay with interesting puzzles.
This is an excellent relaxing game with very nice graphics and the controls are very easy to master whether you are using a Keyboard or a Gaming Controller. I own a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro 15” Retina with an Intel Core i7 2.8GHz CPU Turboboost to 4.0GHz, Dual Graphics Cards - an INTEL Iris Pro 2.8 w/1.5GB of video memory plus an NVIDIA GeForce GT750m w/2.5GB of video memory, a Solid State Hard Drive, etc… I use a Fan Control Program called TG Pro which is the best Fan Control program for Mac Laptops and Desktops I have ever seen. It never crashes and it works flawlessly while hardly using any System Resorces and is great for gaming. Using the fan controller, this game does not turn your laptop into a furnace. CPU and GPU temps run in the mid 60’s celsius with ALL settings in the game set to MAX. That being said, I cannot speak for other Macs without a NVIDIA GeForce GT750m Graphics Card or lower when I review this game. Why do I say this? Because if you read the System Recommendations for this game, it mentions having a NVIDIA GeForce GT750m Graphics Card. Therefore, if you have anything less then a GT750m, you wll need to read other reviews. Playing this game on my laptop is a pleasure. I have played through several levels and I have not found any bugs, there are no lags, the graphics are smooth, the audio is perfectly synced, and the controls are easy to use. You can tell a lot of work went into the creation of this game. The graphics look amazing on a Retina Display (using the recommended graphics card), the puzzles are well thought out and are fun to figure out, the sound effects are ok, but the music in the game is incredible! Oh, this is not a timed game where you have to rush and finish before the clock runs out. Rather, it is a laidback take your time and enjoy the beautiful graphics, the amazing music, and the smooth gameplay. In the game, if you die, you pick up right where you left off (nice touch). If you like this genre of gaming, you will not be disapointed with your purchase. I give this game a full 5 Star Rating as it is an all around great game to play when you want to chill out and have some fun at the same time. Nice Job!
Very much enjoyed the visuals and gameplay of this, however even with the extended content it’s rather short for $10. Hope they add more in the future.
